chronic stuffy nose, pollen allergy, tired, in ability to pay attention, low memory recallWhat should I take?
I have allergies to the environment, and have had it for as long as I remember but only recently realized it is a problem and am trying some homeopathic remedies.
I live a healthy lifestyle.
I feel less emotional compared to other people.
I feel less attentive.
I recall less in my memory.
I feel more tired than other people.
I feel less sexual libido.
I have less thirst than others.
I have less hunger.
My mind wanders a lot.
I would say my worst symptom is that I feel less emotional, happy.
I am moody, lazy, more arrogant, but fairly quiet.
My sinuses feel better after thunderstorms.
I feel the best after nights when I go out and have fun with friends.
I fear what other people think.
My body does not tolerate milk.
My bowel movement is well 2-3 times a day.
I sleep on my side with my knees bent.
I have only taken allergy medications.
I have a healthy sporty physically fit build rather on the skinnier side.
I am nervous towards the opposite sex.

Im 6', 165, dark hair.
I am somewhat fidgety.
I like warm seasons, the sun, and the ocean.
I feel much worse during the winter.
My dreams seem to be fairly negative. My last dream I remember felt like I was flying towards my friends house during the day (as opposed to me sleeping in the night), and saw one other person there and we were circling around the house as if we were noticed by my friends girlfriend.
My body jerks during sleep.
I feel trapped like I should be more brave and outgoing.
Caffeine gives me loads of energy and personality.
