To Joe - Asthma remedy

Dear Joe,

You had once advised me to take your Nat Sulph 6C asthma remedy. I'm sorry I couldn't take it at that time. I had to change to another environment and then it gradually improved. Now asthmatic symptoms have recurred along with asthma. I would like to try your remedy in this desperate state.

You have suggested that I use spring water. I'm not sure that it will be available here. But bottled pure water and mineral water is easily available. May I use that? Secondly I hope potency 6C and 6 are the same thing - I'm not sure, can you please clarify?
Would you like to suggested anything else?

Please do respond I'll really appreciate it.
