Parachute, thanks for the suggestion of Phosphorus 200c, thats very interesting! What made you think of that one? I will definitely look into that. The remedies that I have are the sugar pellet type - should I buy the liquid version? Or put my pellets in water? When I try it I will post back and let you know how it went...!

I look for an overall picture. You are mainly a Phos type of person from the info you have given. You may be something else but I can only go on what is given. Now, if you take a dose, 3-4 pills under the tongue, and let them disolve, or disolve them in water and take a few spoonfulls. Or a few drops of liquid on the tongue, all of this is a dose. It does not have to be greatly accurate. Don't use coffee or peppermint, mouthwash, ect. half hour before taking any remedy. One remedy at a time should only be taken otherwise the plot gets lost.Regards.

Thanks Parachute! Wow, I never looked at Phos as a possible remedy for me, I will definitely try it. Could it be a constitutional?

Thank you very much for the suggestions!!

I will report back when I've tried it. Glad to know I can use the remedies I have.

Faisal,
Thanks for the suggestion, it is very helpful. I am going to try Phos first, but if it does not act, I will definitely try Nux Vomica 30.

Again, thank you.

My thinking is in harmony with parachute.He/she is the only one who considered this case with any sense.ANd Rajendra , the 'oh god' comment struck me as little rude, particularily to a patient who admits to being quite sensitive. As a case could have been developed from her initial posts.
Let us know how the Phos. goes.

Well I took the Phos 200 and I think it actually may have helped.

I had a rough day yesterday - we are packing and moving things to starage and husband took day off work to help. Of course it was rough on him and had to hear him vent a lot, along with my own stress with the unpleasant task of moving, but my ability to cope was 100% better than it has been in months. I feel the beginnings of my old self stirring again. I was more open, less defensive, able to cope calmly without it exhausting me(this is a big deal). My energy is good.

The change is small right now, but significant, I am hopeful about the future.

Should I ever consider a higher dose? If so, when? Just curious.

At this point I'm happy to watch and wait, and take another Phos 200 when action has exhausted, as advised.

Thank you all for helping me, this has been fascinating.

Parachute, you're a genius!

Sycotic, thank you for the kind words and for your opinions, it was much appreciated.

Rishimba, Rajendra, Faisal, Thank you all for your help and opinions - your questions were helpful to me and helped me focus better.

My post was long and all over the place, Thanks to everyone for sticking with me in spite of that. It was good to go back and pick out the physicals apart from the emotionals - they run together for me sometimes (ok , a lot).

It is hard to be objective when looking at your own issues, and everyone's comments and questions and suggestions were taken to heart. I was a bit embarrassed at first, but I'm glad now I took the chance.

As for a 'cure', who knows, but this thread of conversation has pointed me to at least one remedy I just have not have looked at before (I don't know why), and has given me a lot to think about.

If there are any changes, I will post back.
