Lichen nitidus help

dear sir's,

I am sreeram from bangalore, a software engr by proffesion.age :29.

from past 9 years i am having lichen nitidus on my hand fingers and one foot finger. Basically they are harmless eruptions( non itchy+ no discharge). from time to time scaling happens.

I tried couple of steroids as per advice of allopathic dermetologist,but couldn't see any effect and finally started on Homeopathy.

Started with graphite 200 for 15 days and along with KH purifier and after 15 days i ot on to graphite 1000 ,3 doses ( 1 dose for every three days) and again after the couse i have have been given graphite 1m 6 doses to be taken in 3 days gap btween each dose.

I am not finding significant improovement but my homeo docter has mentioned there is some improvement as skin effected area has become soft.

can anyone advice if i am going in right direction.

I would like to get my skin to a good shape.
( other problems i encounter with my skin are
1) massive itching on buttocks at the time of cloth changing in the evening after work.
2) itching on lower legs( elw knees)
3) also i observe small puss buds on back thighs one here and one there and it vanishes after 2 - 3 days , also leaves copperish marks on the skin afterwards.

I request for your sugetions/advice ,i.e.what could be the good way to gain healthy skin.

What was the last medicine you took and when?

How is your bowel movement at present?

Is the itching worse in rainy season or does it improve then?

Do you perspire a lot?
(if yes...which part of the body more affected)?

Anytime headaches, migraine etc???

Dear babu,

the last medicine i have taken is Graphite 1M + hydro 30.

Dear Pankaj varma,

i had two major instances of illness 1) malyria attack successively 3 times in a period of 2 months in bombay
2) i got my hernia operation done.

apart from these i dont have any other instances of illness

Itching is more during and after rainy days.i.e. in winter. back thighs and below knees(socks region) are effected most.

Dear Pankaj,

its hydro 30

after taking this medication i am observing that its increasing slightly , also new eruptions are coming slowly.

and there is nothing abnormal in jaw moment or on face near or around ears.

I had an accident some time back and then there were few sticthces behind ear, also one of my wisdom tooth was removed some time back and i am going to get my second wisdom tooth removed tomorrow.

DEar Pankaj,

docter has prescribed Hydrocotyle Asiatica.

Today i had my visit.
1) my doc mentioned that , it aggravate and then slowly peel off an new skin will come.

So in this visit he has asked me to cntinue the Hydrocotyle Asiatica and along with he has written NATM 1000.

He refused to tell me the full form of the NATM 1000.

Please advice.

Okay...if you are benefitting from your Docs prescription....just continue.

as I mentioned, I am observing some peeling off the skin at the spots where i had lichen nitidus.

I hope that medicine is working.

Will update you in another weeks time if i can see the same thing continues.

Dear Pankaj,

I have completed teh course again. But i amnot finding any improovement.

and on my shoulder i got a reddish spot .. from which i am observing some scaling ( sounding like a psoriasis spot .. to me from what i read.. )

Can you please advice.

Also I am feeling icthing when ever i am changing clothes or when i am going for bath & taking bath.

when hot water is being poured some sort of relief is there.

i was using marigold cream ( homeopathic) for the moisturising purpose.

Does the itchin in fingers and toes take place in between the area where fingers and toes join?

What is your sleep profile??

Hair?? Grey early?

do you drink lot of tea?

Bowel movement?? give me an answer again to this ...i.e. before and after use of Hydro ?

Dear Pankaj,

I dont have anyitching in/around fingers. I have itchingonly on thighs inner and back thighs. And also ankles.

hair its black but its turning a bit reddish due to daily hair wash.

Yeah i was drinking lemon tea(LIPTON) from past 4 - 5 months. and its about 3 - 4 cups a day.

Bowel movement is good i.e. daily once as soon as i wake up. But i am observing lot of Gas from past 3 - 4 months.

yesterday i went to my Docter.

he saw the psoriasis spot on my shoulder and he has given following medicine.
1).Hydro 200 to be taken twice a day before break fast and dinner
2).K W Purifier to be taken after food in the morning and night
3)B Aq Q to be applied on the lichen nitidus spot as well as on Psoriasis spot
4)Chrysarobin ointment containing Chrysophanic Acid with ointment base.

Please advice.
