Rectal bleeding

Hi! Rectal bleeding. Today I noticed red blood on the stools. First blood and then stools I do not know the reason for this sudden symptom. No strin no pain
I am an actie man of 69 yrs old pure vegetarian with no vices

Kindly anyone cn give me an idea and help with a homeopathy solution so that this can be cured immediately.

I do not know whether this is from anus, stomach, or elsewhere.
