Genital warts

I have taken Thuja orally (30C) and effectivly rid myself of the caulliflower like patch under my scrotum. Brilliant remedy really! The only concern now is that I have white little bumps on the shaft area that the Thuja just couldn't eradicate. They are like white dots that are a little bumpy and obvious under good analysis. I am currently taking Animonium Crudum 30c 5 tablets 3 times a day for two weeks to no avail. What am I doing wrong or what should I be doing differently to rid myself completely of these visible warts on the shaft area? Should I up the dossage? Change treatment? Please Help me!
Thank you

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Have you tried higher potency such as 200c?

So you are suggesting I discontinue the Antimonium Crudium 30c and start taking a higher dossage of Thuja at 200c orally?
