you need to take some frequent doses of SEPIA 200C for some days to take care of the physical problems like, swelling in legs, lower backache etc.

take one dose of SEPIA 200C everyday morning for a week.

stop after a week and note the changes for the next 10 to 15 days.

come back after 15 days for reporting the improvement.

Hi Rishimba,
I did take Sepia for 2-3 mths and now the symptoms are much less, especially morning tiredness, swelling in leg.
Can u suggest any medication for abdominal fat....I have lot of fat over abdomen and buttocks...How can I get rid of it?

you need to burn fat by exercising on a regular basis. thats the best.

unless the abdominal fat is a result of any disease, no homeopathic remedy will work.
