This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
after motions, do you mean after movements, ie, bowel movements?

This sounds very severe and a doctor should be taking care of it. Some cases require surgery. Bright red bleeding is not a good sign.

Meanwhile, get some wheat germ OIL tabs and use as an ointment. This stops the itching. If not, use B-complex oil. Cut the tab and squeeze out oil and apply.

Have him checked for parasites. All could be improved if attention is needed for this possibility.

Is he a tense type of fellow-cooperative or stubborn? Overweight? Any digestive problems. Anything else about him you could tell us? Sabra

Hi!
There is very good Homoeopathic Treatment for protruding piles.
Its better to repertorise the proper case. Based on the symptoms you gave, I would suggest, Aloe 200-1ds, followed by Blumea Odorata Q 10 drops thrice daily until relief.
Or else, take proper case & send it to me, I'll try to repertorise it.

Kent was quite firm that operations are to be avoided.
This case is a miasmatic one . Probably tubercular Sul or Ferrum may help .
