Anas Barbariae (Oscillococcinum)

Is anyone knows whether the homeopathic flu remedy Anas Barbariae (Oscillococcinum) is available in India? Recently I was in Delhi and I went to several homeopathic pharmacies in search of this medicine, but I could not find.

Pyrogen is equivalent to Oscillococcinum, but there are other better medicines for flu like symptoms.
