white patches on skin

Hello,
This is regarding my 2 year old son who has very light white spots on skin since he was born. They are very very light and of different sizes. None on face. He is otherwise normal, healthy and a very smart kid. All developments are great. He is not on any medication, just calcarea phos. Somebody told me that it happens b/c of liver problems. Is that true?
If somebody can suggest the cause and/or remedies, it will be great!
Much thanks in advance,
regards

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It might be due to liver problem but I think Calc. Phos will suffice.

Long use of cal phos is not wise. You can try Arsenic sulf flavum 3x in trituration base and give 2.5grains powder in divided dosage morning and evening and continue it till the problem is not over. Please stop the medicine when you will see that the patches changing its white color similar like a normal skin.Wishes the best, malaker

My 8 month old has a small white patch on his foot since birth. Doctors just told me it was a birthmark.
