tinnitus
It is almost a month my ears are constantly buzzing. It started with right ear..then in the left ear..some times it is low and some times it is high. All my head and ear MRI came normal. Before this I used to have anxiety and panic attacks, high palpitation and cold sweat hands and little depression at some events....please advise..

I am 45 year old male working in computer related work, living in Chicago USA.
I dont know the exact cause and also dont have any other ailments or suffering. It just started a month ago. But I lost 20 lbs after I got this ear buzzing , no sleep, anxiety, dipress. My ENT doctor first gave me prednisone for two weeks but didt help then gave me amitriptylne did not work. currently i am taking xanax for sleep.
