Lower Abdominal Problem
Hi:I am 34 years old male. I have been facing anal/rectum pain fr 6 months and my homeo doc has so far only cure itching ...the area gets swelled after each stool passing and i feel mild pain and burning for hours after bowl movement.
a remedy combinition of Aesculus -200 /week and colin-30, peon-30, rhem-30 (trice a day) is being given to me. I am also patient of IBS.
Upon touching the area i feel it as hard and dry....(like some thing is there)... i have also use aloe-200 but no result.
The symptoms is relived upon walking and having hotwater bath.
Any suggestions.

First of all , you need an indivisualised medicine (instead of combination remedies) that will take care of all your complaints along with IBS and the burning pains.
1. How is your energy level? (during the day/ at night/ after passing stool etc...)
2. Any change in thirst? ( how much , how often?)
3. Stools: diarrhoea/ constipation/ scanty/ profuse/ offensive etc... colour? describe in detail.
4. Tongue? coating?
Your characteristic modality "burning in anus better by heat" is very well covered by Arsenic, but the choice needs confirmation.

1. I feel little sluggish in the morning with much yawning but it does not affect on my work (i am an Engineer by profession. As i do have interest in homeopathy ...i read homeopathic articles during spare time and some time take remedies for miner problems for myself and my family). I think i am much energetic in the evening.
2. I need to mention here that i have taken Sulpher -200 for this pain and heaviness in rectum /anus area and it gives me the best releif for 2- 3 days. After taking this remedy my thirst increased. other wise i have normal thirst.
3. Normal stool doest not alleviate the problem ...but when the stool is acidic in nature or when it is in loose for the symptoms get worsed ...it seems like the anus is prolapsed. I ofendevelopes the dysentric conditions for which i use aloe or kurchi for relief.
4. The tongue is normaly coated white ...mostly in the middle...i have also take Ant-crud-200 for this coating which was cleared for a while.
5. it is also important to know that i am alergic to milk products and it produces loose motion with cramps/colic in abdomin which settled after bowl movements.

You need to take Antim Crud. 6 for a period of time....four doses each day and stop all other meds.
I would'nt be surprised if you have skin itching on the body and corns on your feet.

Will this remedy take care of the symptoms of heaviness and hard knot like feeling in the anus area... keeping mind that i had used Ant crud-200 one doze daily earlier but it gave no results?????
Please also consider the fact that when i take sulpher 200 the hardness and mild pain gets disappeared for at least one day.

Take a dose of Sulphur 200 once a week for three weeks.
(If you have already taken some doses recently...minus that).
Sulphur will be the inter-current med.
Not surprised that Antim Crud . 200 did not act.
ANTIM Crud. acts best in lower potencies and requires frequent repeating......only experienced homeopaths remember this distinction.
That is why I said use ANTIM CRUD. 6.
Start with it 48 hours after the Sulphur dose.
Take it 4 times a day. Its benefit will show up after 3/4 days of taking the med.
If you experience any aggravation during this time....slow down with the repeating frequency.

I have been using Antim Crud. 6 as prescribed. So far i feel slight itching and like burning in the area. The peripheral area around anus is still hard...and gives pain upon pressing it.

Yesterday,I took last doze of SULPHUR 200.... after 4-5 hrs I started feeling mild pain and heaviness in that affected area again.
It was quite normal since i have started using ANTI-CRUD 6.
Is this all normal recovery process in your opinion?

Seems to be part of the aggravation due to Sulphur (necessary for healing). Let it pass.

Now its been three weeks since i am using your prescription.
I feel good results so far as:
1. there is no pain in the particular area after bowl movement.
2. The buning /itching has also reduced significantly.
3. my appetite in improved.
However:
1. there is still rawness/ dryness in the rectum as it is filled with dust...(prickling)
2. sometimes pain in the stomach after having meal.
3. much flatuance ( It getsreduced when i use carbo veg.)
Please advice further.

That is the aggravation.
It is a good sign....the toxins are moving out of your system......the nature's way is to throw it out on the skin......if they remain inside the body, the start affecting the vital organs in a negative way.
No more Sulphur after this.
Enough Sulphur gone into your system.
You might get light fever, cough for a day or two....let it pass.
Take Aconite 200 to ease the aggravation.
On eruptions you can apply coconut oil etc......no fancy creams pl.
