I treated persons with similar symptoms with Nux Vomica-30 (Evenign doses) and Sulphur-30 (mornign doses). If you see immidiate relief and swelling getting smaller, you got your treaatment. (If it works, keep taking it till you are cured)

I have been using Nux 30 and sulpher 30 as prescribed. The condition is as follows:
swelling is reduced...but mild pain in the rectum is still being felt. I am also feeling haeviness and pain in the lowerback region. Which is releived after bowel movement.
What should be the next step?
