Dear sanvar,
Keeping in mind your infectious condition,i am prescribing u two medicines.
1- ARNICA 200
2- Hypericum 200
Take 1(arnica)in the morning and the other in the evening.I think three days use is sufficient but if your condition persists, continue it for two more days.At bed time, u can use half cup of water with a pinch of salt(mix in water).Keep ths salty water inyour mouth for a few seconds then throw it.Hope your pain will be relieved.
