The hole has become bit more bit and the puz oozes out. Should I start with Calcarea Sulphurica or Silicea 6c?

The hole has become smaller. The discharge is not continuous. Might not discharge for half a day or so. Once I press the lump, the puz oozes out. Certain times it is continuous. At the time of posting this update, its discharging. The lump size is still the same.
I'm travelling for the past 4 days by train and car between various stations and might continue for another week.
I'm affected with cold and cough. Have chest congestion. Often spit out Phlegm. Cough gets worse when I lie on bed. Can you advice some medicine for this as well?

Silicea 6 is pushing out all the filth from your body...no matter where it is lodged...

You may have noticed ...bowel movement must have been better
Allow all this to happen...

This morning I noticed that, sinus hole is closed. The pus is not discharging. I tried pressing the lump to take get the pus out so the vent remains. But its paining and pus doesnot comeout.
Since I was travelling yesterday for 12 hours by car I dindnot get a chance to look at it. But I was taking my medicines.
What should I do now?

I have been reading all post and forums and all the informaiton on this conditons for about 5 months now. i know that i have a pilonidal cyst, here is my story so far of how i have gotten rid of my cysts!!!
Ok, i am 24 years old and have been an athelte for my entire life. I just got into cleanseing three years ago and have done three major 40 day cleanses over the past 3 years. My diet is vegetarian (actually mostly vegan) and i eat a ton load of fruits and veggies.
Fr my entire life, i have had this peice of cartiladge about the size of a small pea right where my tailbone ends, it has never been a problem but i always new it was there and used to joke that i thought it was the evolutionary remnants of a tail!
Then six months ago, this thing erupted, first it was uncomfortable to drive, then weeks later it began to puss like crazy, i used to go commando and now had to wear underwhere in order to catch the puss till i learned to use a paper towel folded up like a tampon to catch the puss and be comfortable for the rest of the day.
I was getting fevers, earaches, bad headaches, sometimes this thing would flare up and my entire butt would hurt, but i dont have INSURANCE! so i could not get surgery or go to the doctors. The cyst then began to subside as another erupted above it which gave me two!, then another further up began to form!
So i decided that after a big bachelor party to N.O with my friends, i was oging to eat raw fruits and veggies for a week, then start this 40 day cleanse that ends with a water fast for 7 days.
After the first week of 3 meals a day of only raw fruits and veggies, the cyst began to subside a little bit, and my 'tampon' was not nearly as drenched as it usually was. After the next week (only two raw meals per day) the lowest cyst i had began to subside and the puss that came out was much less, i also stopped having these huge headaches and body aches were gone.
After week three, only one meal per day, my lower and middle cysts were gone (even though i still had two holes where they were, still not sure what that is all about). I have one more cysts that began to erupt on teh top of my crack but since this cleanse it never actually erupted and hardly pusses anymore, i can actually not use a tampon on my ass and not have wet underwear ( amazing)!!!!!!.
SO , this leaves me with today, i am on day 4 of a water fast that will end my cleanse in three days time, i almost dont want to end until all is gone but we will see. My ass is in great condition, no aching no pain . almost no puss, and most importantly, i can sit down regularly!!1
i believe that when we eat, we feed any bacteria or cyts or viruss by feeding the cells that they feed on, by giving your body a break, it will naturally FEED on your cyst, utilizing these dead and tumourous cells for needed energy before it goes into more important energy stores. Also during a fast, your body will get rid of any abnormal cellular condition that is not beneficial to normal cellular processes therby getting rid of any toxic or dead cell buildup which a cysts naturally is. before you think about doctors, which i did not have the luxury of thinking about, please think about this, making a small change in your life to do something about this horrible condition that affects many, this did not cost me any money except a willingness to challenge myself both physically and spiritually ( and look and feel great!!!!!!)

I agree that nothing like fasting. But I want to follow one path. Infact I'm a vegetarian and do fast (just take water alone) twice per month. But for now I donot want to try this.

The discharge is not that frequent and bloody. But the core lump still remains. My right leg continues to ache due to which my sleep is disturbed.

When I press the lump a small amount of watery liquid with blood is discharged. No discharge under normal condition. But the lump is still solid.
I have pain in my right leg as well.
I feel feverish and tired for the past 4 days, no apetite.

Take Belladona 200 ...three doses in a day.
That wud take away the pain.
Re-start Silicea 6 when the pain subsides...as it works on the accumulated pus...and pushes it out on to the skin...then heals.
I see gud progress taking place.

Just now I saw your post. Today I have throat infection, running nose and heavy head. Should I take beladona 200?
One more developement is that yesterday night a small bunch of 5 to 6 hairs came out of the lump with blood and pus, while I was cleaning. But still more hair is there inside I believe as the lump is hard.
