Retinal Detachment

I am forty years old with a very mild myopia and I have suffered suddenly
retinal detachment in right eye. (No injury, never any problem.) I have
already undergone Pneumatic Retinopexy.
In the left eye I have undergone laser treatment. I am learning that I have
Lattice Degeneration in both the eyes. From what I have been listening is
that retinal detachments can be recurrent. Can homeopathy do something to
prevent further damage in the retina and restore the health of the retina?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Yes there is treatment that will help to slow down the degeneration. However, take treatment through a practicing homeopath as it requires constant contact with the doc. at regular intervals.
