Bloodshot eyes

Hello i would really appreciate some help as i have had these symptoms for quite a while
Went up to eye casualty last year in july and was diagnosed with viral conjunctivitus.Given antibiotic drops and steriod drops to use.Went back again after and still had infection,given the same again.Few months later went back up for check up,no infection but still having problems with my eye.My symptoms are
-Reoccuring blood shot eye
-After sleeping,feels weak when trying to open eye
-cannot wear eye make up anymore
-shampoo aggrivates it.
Hope someone can help,a friend suggested two remedies but i know homeopathy is very personal.

please try (Arnica-200c) 3 pills daily for week only then stop and after month report me back,Ok
