Take Passiflora Q+ Crataegus Q + Gluonine Q+ Arnica 30 - Mix all these remedies. Then take10 drops of this mixture in a half cup of water three times a day. Gradually reduce the dose once relief is noticed. Mush shake well the mixture before taking.

Please take Craetagus-Q (20 drops per dose twice a day) arnica is also good please take it in 30th potency (thrice a day)and report after a week. Alos maintain chart of HBP morning and evening and note the changes/variaions etc.
