Foot surgery
I'm having foot surgery in about 2 weeks to release the main nerve from scar tissue that has built up since an injury a year ago.I've been trying to learn about homeopathy and I know I should take Arnica after the surgery, but I'm not sure how much to take and for how long.
Also, should I take anything prior to surgery?
The goal is to heal as quickly as possible so I can walk again. If I don't use my foot a lot, soon after surgery, the scar tissue may start to re-form. any suggestions and info will be appreciated!

Take Arnica 200 -3 to 4 doses 6 hours apart prior to surgery. After surgery, take arnica 200 thrice daily for 4 to 5 days till you feel better. After finishing arnica course apply calendula cream on the surgery site frequently and take calendula 6x (thrice daily)for a fortnight. This will prevent scar-tissue formation due to surgery.
