Buzzing in my head

I have been taking a medication for anxiety called 'sertraline' for several years. I had a bad allergy and went off all my medication and then reintroduced them into my system leaving out sertraline as I would like to cut out drugs and go natural if possible. I have this terrible buzzing in my head which is quite annoying. Is there anything I can do.
