Boils

I am having a boil on my stomach and I have been advised silicea 200 ( Dilution) 3 drops 4 times a day along with calcarea sulph 6x tablets 4 times a day ( 6 tablets each time). I have been taking the meds since last 2 days. The boil has a yellowish point now and the surface around the boil is deep brown/red. In fact the red/brownish area has slightly increased since last 2 days but the pain is slightly less and sensitivity to touch is also less as compared to earlier 2 days. Please advise whether the medication suggested is correct or I need to take some thing else too.

Thanks
