diabetic foot ulcer

77 yr old man
Type 2 Diabetes
In hospital
has foot ulcer on right heel 4cm wide and it is deep was debrided twice Had foot Xray and scan Minimal bone inflammation but scheduled for MRI on foot daytime temps are normal in the evening temp rises to over 100 Sugar numbers are elevated 200-400 He's on antibiotic IV and 12 units of insulin He has urinary incontinence when he sleeps. Had enlarged prostate and was on drug for such. His stream is good when standing but not when sitting or laying. Wets bed everynite.
Mobility problem Legs do not support his weight and are very weak. Blood flow good, pressure good good appetite was given aconite 30 (3 times) 4 wks ago for flulike sympt. Hypericum 30 for leg pain 3 wks ago. Carbo Veg30 for ulcer and loss of appetite 2 wks ago. Sil 30- 1 wk. ago for ulcer given 2 days in a row. Gave cell salts KaliSulp,calc phos,nat sulph 12x -2 days in a row this wk. Helped allow bowel movement. Gave Caust6c yesterday. Foot is pussing and tender. Dr.(he is allopathic) says looks like a very long healing wound and hopefully won't have to amputate. I have been giving him remedies and they don't know that I am. Help is appreciated. Margie
