Can someone please recommend a remedy, age 60 female, pain on the back around the waist and hips, more pain when bending down or carrying grandson, they have recommended injections but do not want to is there a remedy to relieve the pain or reverse is degenerating arthrities I can no londer bend down.bellkeys on 2008-04-23
