I am 37 years old Indian Male. I am having Psoriatic Arthrtis from last 3 years now. The condition is worsoning year by year especially in winter. I could not able to sleep and wake up early in the morning due to pain and inflammation in the back. This winter I have developed stiffness in the fingers of hand and legs. I am expiriencing throbbing pain in the ankles and could not able to walk from the bed in the morning. The symptoms generally were subside with movement but this time I need to take Ibruprofen three times a day to maintain normal movements of the feet and to counter the inflammation and pain.
Please suggest remedies for the same.
