This is not how you give Sulphur , you are giving him same potency again and again.

I already told you , that you should not give him Sulphur 30 again..when we talked the last time.

No wonder he is getting very self willed and obstinate.

These are very deep acting medicines and you are giving so many doses of same potency.

I am sorry to say this but you are playing with the health of your child.

You gave him Sulphur 30C 10 doses earlier and now you gace him Sulphur again for 1 week. This is going to implant in him accessory symptoms.

Ok, I did not get that takeaway. I thought you only wanted me to stop then and it was ok to restart again.
What do I do next?

Now just wait and watch for another 2 weeks. Any more remedies now , is going to muddle the picture further.

Let me know in 2 weeks about how he does.

It IS NOT ok restart the same potency again, and I think I was amply clear when I said

'NO more medicine for atleast a month. After that you CAN THINK about giving a SINGLE 200C dose of Sulphur if that is needed. But, ofcourse this would depend on how far the previous doses take him. '

Ok, thanks Sameer. I'll hold off from anything for two weeks.

Questions: May I still give him chamomilla when his teeth hurt?

These are not 'this for that' remedies .. apart from acute ailments where you chose the remedy on a local malady, the well chosen remedy should address all issues as it will be based on all symptoms in the case.

I would hold off on Chamomilla.. unless you are very sure that he has a Chamomilla totality.

When you have given him Sulphur , give his body to time to respond to it.

Well, ok. However, I don't believe everything in homeopathy needs to be a totality match. If that were the case, patients would never be able to take any pill on their own. Per my reading, for actute symptoms, it is enough to just look at symptoms and not try to match constitution. Especially in 30c. In such cases, the pill may relieve the symptom but it may come back again -which is just fine when you are trying to cross the night.

I believe your outlook to homeopathy is very rigid, but I will follow your advice since you have been so kind as to take this case.

If you notice my post above I have said 'APART from ACUTE ailments'

You seem to know know more than me.

Hence, I leave this case for some one who is 'flexible' enough for your taste.

Good luck

Sameer

Sameer, I wish there was a way for me to edit posts. I got a feeling this would be your reaction the moment I posted my earlier email. The mail was written in haste, so my apologies. What should have come across was 'your method of homeopathy is not what I have grown up in'.I am not a homeopath myself, but my father was a 'by the side' homeopath. Unfortunately, my interest in homepathy arose only after he passed away, so I did not get benefit of knowledge from him.

As I understand, you are a young man of 25 or so, and offence is easily taken at your age. I should have known that before I posted, in addition to my post not being appropriately worded when one offers helps.

So I offer an olive wreath. I will post back in 2 weeks. I completely understand if you choose not to respond.

Be well.
