Infant 4months old -with SLE +ve complaint-help required

Male Child aged 4months.Mother is a systemic Lupus erythematosus patient-suffering with Rheumatic Arthritis since Five Years.She is aged 34yrs.and was on homeopathic treatment.Then shifted to Allopathy Steroid treatment since 2yrs.
Now the new born was moved to Banglore (airconditioned city) from Hyderabad (temp.30 to 34 degrees)during summer.
ON moving to Bangalore, infant suddenly became red all over the body on taking baby milk food. After vomiting the milk reason not known- red rashes like pestules developed all over the body and temparature remined constant at 103degrees FH for 3days.Rash is slowly becoming pale from red.After conducting blood test it was found that the boy 'SLE-+ve'on the border line and Blood Platelets were injected- result Body Temp and Rashes are on the road of normalcy slowly. Is there any Homoeo remedy to eleminate the 'RA'toxicity from blood.
To purify the blood circulation I have prescribed 'Echinacea' and for Rash and fever - Rhus tox.
Pl. inform correctness of my prescription.Suggest me with best remedies which you Doctors prefer.
