Errection Problem

I am 33 going on 34.Recently while having sex with my girlfriend ,I found ,I got an errection problem.I do not get a good erection. I have to get erection with my hand. I had the same problem before but thought it was natural as the it wasent this bad then. also my previous girlfriend was Virgin.but my oldrer girlfriend was happy with the sex & errection .but my recent girlfriend is married so with comparing with her hubby she highlighted its to be a problem.

I do get errections at night. I use to see lot of Blue films but not this dont help. I still masturbate atleast once a day, or sometimes 3 times a day.also seeing my girlfriend nude dont turn me on,as well errection. the same case is true when I try to watch blue movie for errection.

I would request the doctors in the forum to help me.

1) whats the root cause?
2) What care do I need to take?
3) remedy ...

( Sorry , I am discussing my personal life , hope I am not offending the forum. but Guess should give complete for right cure Pl............ I really need help.)

Please can you tell me what does a 'dose' mean. what the quanitiy should be.

Staph 200 is too strong a dose. I suggest you have Staph 30. twice a day- morning and evening for a month and then revaluate

one dose 4-6 tabs if globules and one drop on tongue if liqutd form as one dose
