remedy for Hypoglycemia?
I was wondering Sacharum officinale would help with blood suger problems. I recently had to go on gluten and casein free diet and I really struggle with my blood sugar. I eat very little sugar, and even a tiny bit will really throw me off for days. I get really aggressive when my blood sugar drops and I just go for any food that could fix it.I notice the same behavior with my almost 2 year old son. He needs to be fed (and nursed) very frequently otherwise he goes nuts and looses it. He is also gluten intolerant.
What remedy could help in those situation instead of reaching for the wrong food, so I have time to make some proper food? and also what dilution.
