I am 26 yrs old and got 2 external and blind hemorrhoids detected in proctoscopy i was been treated by One single remedy at a time by starting sulphur, then thuja and list is then nitric acid 200 one dose only and then aesculus 30 aloe 30 ratanhia 30 nux 30 ars alb 30. Sometimes got relief and sometimes not.But i was not completely cured with any of these remedies one day as my other anal lip next to hemorrhoids containing lip sometimes got high inflammation and chilli with and after stool that sometimes becomes unbearable then Dr. Joe told me that i am suffering from lesions in anus/rectum that will further form abscess he told me to use his therapy as arnica30 wet dose and nat phos pellet after every meal with applying an antibiotic cream i do so and somehow i got 60% relief from hemorrhoidal conditions but after three doses when one day i cleaned my self i feel two lumps like glands or tumors on this anal lip which sometimes got high inflammation not on hemorrhoid containing anal lip , its makes me great tension that what and why are these things appearing and what are these, Onething to note that these thing appear after taking arnica 30 and nat phos i keep taking these as he told me that it will help to cure them .
I am now in very tension that what are these and are these very dangerous like some dangerous disease alarm.
MY QUESTION IS THAT ANYONE PLZ TELL ME THAT WHAT ARE THESE TWO ROUNDED CIRCLE LIKE TUMOR OR GLANDS AND IS IT OK THAT ARNICA IS PULLING THEM OUT. IS IT DUE TO ARNICA ,NAT PHOS or IT IS SOMETING ELSE.....
PLEASE REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS I AM IN GREAT TENSION.

One thing also to tell you all that i got these gland/tumor type circle shaped thing on 100% exact location as where i got injuries after one or two days of proctoscopy(anaoscopy) but at that moment i only got deep injuries or wound due to excessive in take of anema or proctoscopy but not gland type things but after taking arnica and nat phos and antibiotic ointment these two gland or tumors like things born.

above mentioned that 60% relief from haemorroid condition.. if there is no bleeding at all than need not require to take hamamelis but you have to continue acid nit 200 daily one dose at morning empty stomach...

Please sorry for my poor english that you cannot understand me, i mean that hemorrhoids are other problem on other anal lip which donot disturbs me much now but i know how hemorrhoids feel while pressing them but this thing that appears now i talking about is on another anal lip and these things are like gland / tumors feels while pressing one of these tumor/glands is now feel pain like acne/pimple or abscess and now still at one point and sometimes sharp pain arises from it and other gland/tumor like thing is painless mostly.
These both gland/tumor like things are on other anal lip next to hemorrhoid containing anal lip and i am asking about these tumor/gland like thing while appears right exact at 100% same injured spot now two months after proctoscopy and i also wrote that these gland/tumors prompt out after taking arnica 30 wet dose and nat phos that's why i am asking that isn't there anything suspicious.
Are these both gland/tumor felt things are dangerous as i am very very tense about them

1. What is your chief complaint (CC)?
CC is external hemorrhoids blind (non bleeding) on right anal lip seven months ago and now a days a week ago tumor/gland type rounded circle things on left anal lip.
The whole story is :
It all started when God blessed me with a child daughter and she was born ill and i was in great tension as doctors admitted her in hospital and said that her condition is very bad ,anyway you know what a father feels if he has no money for hospital facilities and i mostly spend my whole time thinking that what God wants from me i tried my best to save her but she passed away and i got a very great shock after this situation i started my normal life within a month and starts doing yoga excercises to lose some weight as much as i do yoga i feel itching irratating in my anus and after some days i checked some blood after or before bowel movement i got an external Hemorrhoid for the first time from 2nd feb 08 and after two weeks i had very difficulty passing stool as very very very much swelling in anus (inner portion) and an external hemorrhoid, the swelling is on hemorrhoid and pass on inner side. So i have to pass stool but there is not other way to out so i got a fissure in back due to small space out passage (anus) i felt sereve pain and i cried till the whole day that i am going to die with this pain everybody in my home is worry about me and recommed surgery but i am not satisfied with any kind of surgical treatment. Then somebody told me a hemeopath doctor and i contacted him on phone and tell my condition he recommonded me Sulphur 200 at night and Thuja 30 at morning and afternoon (ONE ONE DROP) i take it regularly but no recovery then i went to another city for checkup to a homeopath doctor as he is considered to be a specialist in hemorrhoidal conditions he lie me down and check me and told me that u have external hemorrhoids and a huge infection in inner to anus so u have a serve pain he recommonded me Allopathic injection to control my condition:
Lincomycin (one daily for a week) & Indomethcin (only one) with his hemeopathic medicine a tablets take before every meal.
After taking injections and his medicine i got 80% recovery i feel very surprise how could i be so much better so after a week with these medicines i feel even better, after recovery, i sometime make pressure on my anus to check where the pain has gone, After some recovery from this doc's medicine i went to surgeon for checkup as i feel a little pain in my back upper side of right hip where the external hemorrhoid is. The surgeon checked me and tell me that i was having external hemorrhoids but now i didnot need any operation he recommeded me a pain killer and a laxative syrup i take both but the next day i got fissure on front side i visited him again and he said now u need an operation i said that u yesterday told me i need not but he said now u need.I ran off from his office and went to another surgeon he checked me with inserting his lubricated finger and laughed and said u donot need an operation he recommeded me a cream and metronedazole and nimsulide (pain killer) i tried his medicines and feel some better and fissure was gone by his medicine.
After five days i got another hemorrhoid, Mostly I sit on internet and check for my condition or symptoms and symptoms show me myself suffering from rectum cancer or inflammatory bowel diseases or fistuale or some other big disease as my condition is not getting better so i was always in great tension and i decided to visit a superb gastronologist he did proctoscopy of me by inserting a large tube in my anus and he asked me what have u made in your mind tell me i told him about rectum cancer or inflammatory bowel diseases or fistuale
, He LAUGHED and said u have swelling on all anal vessels veins cappilleries and u donot need operation or rubber band or slecthoscopy (injection) as all cappilleries are suffering from hemorrhoidal condition operation cannot be the solution and TWO EXTERNAL HEMORROIDS on right anal side:
ONE HEMORRIOD OF GRADE A (not needed any surgry or rubber band told by him)
2ND HEMMORRIOD OF GRADE B (not needed any surgry or rubber band told by him)
he gave me some tablet related to my stomach as he told me that u have make much much swelling on your stomach by thinking about different disease (depression) and depression causes acid in stomach and anusul-HC cream and sitz bath and fibre diet pysillum husk regularly at morning and night. i did every thing but got fissure in front side (i think by taking anti-acid drugs).
As this allopath doc not recommeded me any operation or something else.
after two or three days of proctoscopy i got wound after passing three or four stool after proctoscopy , i donot know the wounds are due to proctoscopy or enama (as gastronoligist assitant gave me a lot eneama that my rectum and anus feels sensitive ) or anything else and due to these very painful wounds i got again very tense, So at last again i visited a qualified homeopathic doctor i told him my condition and he said go and do operation ( i was surprised) then i told him that i am having no idea of an operation, then he laugh and tell me that operation is not a solution and gave me two kind of tablets a tablet at night and two + Two +Two after every meal but no recovery after taking the whole medicine regualarly. Now i got three hemorrhoids after taking hemeopathic medicine my condition got worse and worse and having again a fissure in back side.
But no recovery at all then i contacted on this forum with risimbia he gave me Nit acid 200 three doses only very first day then wait for two weeks and dr. tahira told me to apply thuja tincture on cotton and put it in my anus i do so but this tincture gave me huge huge huge wound due to its acidic effect or whatever effect i told rishimba he told me stop tincture and only wait for nit acid result in waited and after ten days the recovery was 90% i mean pain and burning fissures wounds everything stopped then he told me take aesculus 30 daily three times and it effected only little after 16 days of nit acid i got again fissures then he gave me sulphur, fissure reoccurance stopped ohhhh onething i forgot is that after this my left anal lip feels great chilli with or after stool and unbearable so then he told me to use ars alb 30 i got no reponse then aloe no effect then last he told me to use nux 30 is matched with my body but nux make my condition worse only i took more than a week and stopped and on one day Dr.Joe read my whole condition and told me that i am suffering from lesions inside anus/rectum as i have unbearable chilli and burning that further within a week or two form abscess he told me to use his therapy as Arnica 30 wet dose thrice daily and nat phos 12x pellets after every meal daily and an antibiotic cream polyfax but after two days of taking doses buring almost gone but i got two tumors/glands type thing on my chilli burning anal left lip 100% exact location where i got wound after two or three days after proctoscopy. i asked dr.joe what are these he said how could i tell you on forum you must go to surgeon and let check him i got disappointed with homeopaths as they cannot tell what these gland/tumors after arnica occurs are ?? any experienced doctor can tell what are these and are these dangerous then now i contacted you about these tumor/glands like rounded things is arnica firstly do this or its something else.

Seven months ago , my daughter born with great illness in her that make me great great tension as i am middle class man and owe little salary anyway i got her to best hospital in capital city but she died gaving me huge tension i got back to normal life within a month and always in great tension due to her death as she is my own child and i cannot bear her death to release my tension i started yoga and while doing yoga i got serve icthing irritation in my rectum and that turned to highly inflammed external hemorrhoid very very inflammed swelled and after that i explained.

Sitting more than 12 hours aggravates , hot season aggravates but in cold cold aggaravates not sensitive to light movement also aggaravates but lying a lot makes good. I think food cannot do something in my condition as i am only eating vegs till the start of this condtion and now with highly fibre diet.
4. At what time of the day or night is CC the worst ?specify an hour if you can
After in late morning and afternoon , early morning and night are good to my condition.
5. What symptoms can you identify the accompany the CC?
i donot understand about this question.

Standing but put in your mind that sitting only makes condition worse not standing do any aggravation but i dislikes standing.

VERY VERY GREAT PERSPIRATION that you can collect half glass mostly on whole body but face and head perspiration makes me restless and uncalm.

How could these worries be solved i worried very very much you can imagine this that if i have to go for my own necessity for bathroom that makes me worry that i have to go to bathroom and same with even little things and you can imagine about serve things that how can i deal with them.

I drink 6-8 litres water a day and juice is extra which i can drink another two to three litres i donot drink any coffee or tea i dislikes tea but like coffee but coffee is costly so i cannot drink it . i feel thirst a lot than a normal person.

I was given keloids therapy only for a day as injecting cortico steroid in my keloids but 8 yrs passed. i have great and huge sized keloids on my chest and shoulders

Probably kidney diseases mostly died at more than sixites my grand father died at 100 years age grand mother at age of 80 and uncle at age of 60. but my father is now at age of about 70 and have no chronic diseases , our whole family cannot own any chronic diseases.

I am also worried about my keloids as my wife dislikes it but now my whole tension is about these two tumor/glands rounded things on left anal lip and two hemorrhoid on right anal lip makes me worried i want them eliminate so i could be back to my normal life and can eat all things and go to job. 1. What is your chief complaint (CC)?
CC is external hemorrhoids blind (non bleeding) on right anal lip seven months ago and now a days a week ago tumor/gland type rounded circle things on left anal lip.
The whole story is :
It all started when God blessed me with a child daughter and she was born ill and i was in great tension as doctors admitted her in hospital and said that her condition is very bad ,anyway you know what a father feels if he has no money for hospital facilities and i mostly spend my whole time thinking that what God wants from me i tried my best to save her but she passed away and i got a very great shock after this situation i started my normal life within a month and starts doing yoga excercises to lose some weight as much as i do yoga i feel itching irratating in my anus and after some days i checked some blood after or before bowel movement i got an external Hemorrhoid for the first time from 2nd feb 08 and after two weeks i had very difficulty passing stool as very very very much swelling in anus (inner portion) and an external hemorrhoid, the swelling is on hemorrhoid and pass on inner side. So i have to pass stool but there is not other way to out so i got a fissure in back due to small space out passage (anus) i felt sereve pain and i cried till the whole day that i am going to die with this pain everybody in my home is worry about me and recommed surgery but i am not satisfied with any kind of surgical treatment. Then somebody told me a hemeopath doctor and i contacted him on phone and tell my condition he recommonded me Sulphur 200 at night and Thuja 30 at morning and afternoon (ONE ONE DROP) i take it regularly but no recovery then i went to another city for checkup to a homeopath doctor as he is considered to be a specialist in hemorrhoidal conditions he lie me down and check me and told me that u have external hemorrhoids and a huge infection in inner to anus so u have a serve pain he recommonded me Allopathic injection to control my condition:
Lincomycin (one daily for a week) & Indomethcin (only one) with his hemeopathic medicine a tablets take before every meal.
After taking injections and his medicine i got 80% recovery i feel very surprise how could i be so much better so after a week with these medicines i feel even better, after recovery, i sometime make pressure on my anus to check where the pain has gone, After some recovery from this doc's medicine i went to surgeon for checkup as i feel a little pain in my back upper side of right hip where the external hemorrhoid is. The surgeon checked me and tell me that i was having external hemorrhoids but now i didnot need any operation he recommeded me a pain killer and a laxative syrup i take both but the next day i got fissure on front side i visited him again and he said now u need an operation i said that u yesterday told me i need not but he said now u need.I ran off from his office and went to another surgeon he checked me with inserting his lubricated finger and laughed and said u donot need an operation he recommeded me a cream and metronedazole and nimsulide (pain killer) i tried his medicines and feel some better and fissure was gone by his medicine.
After five days i got another hemorrhoid, Mostly I sit on internet and check for my condition or symptoms and symptoms show me myself suffering from rectum cancer or inflammatory bowel diseases or fistuale or some other big disease as my condition is not getting better so i was always in great tension and i decided to visit a superb gastronologist he did proctoscopy of me by inserting a large tube in my anus and he asked me what have u made in your mind tell me i told him about rectum cancer or inflammatory bowel diseases or fistuale
, He LAUGHED and said u have swelling on all anal vessels veins cappilleries and u donot need operation or rubber band or slecthoscopy (injection) as all cappilleries are suffering from hemorrhoidal condition operation cannot be the solution and TWO EXTERNAL HEMORROIDS on right anal side:
ONE HEMORRIOD OF GRADE A (not needed any surgry or rubber band told by him)
2ND HEMMORRIOD OF GRADE B (not needed any surgry or rubber band told by him)
he gave me some tablet related to my stomach as he told me that u have make much much swelling on your stomach by thinking about different disease (depression) and depression causes acid in stomach and anusul-HC cream and sitz bath and fibre diet pysillum husk regularly at morning and night. i did every thing but got fissure in front side (i think by taking anti-acid drugs).
As this allopath doc not recommeded me any operation or something else.
after two or three days of proctoscopy i got wound after passing three or four stool after proctoscopy , i donot know the wounds are due to proctoscopy or enama (as gastronoligist assitant gave me a lot eneama that my rectum and anus feels sensitive ) or anything else and due to these very painful wounds i got again very tense, So at last again i visited a qualified homeopathic doctor i told him my condition and he said go and do operation ( i was surprised) then i told him that i am having no idea of an operation, then he laugh and tell me that operation is not a solution and gave me two kind of tablets a tablet at night and two + Two +Two after every meal but no recovery after taking the whole medicine regualarly. Now i got three hemorrhoids after taking hemeopathic medicine my condition got worse and worse and having again a fissure in back side.
But no recovery at all then i contacted on this forum with risimbia he gave me Nit acid 200 three doses only very first day then wait for two weeks and dr. tahira told me to apply thuja tincture on cotton and put it in my anus i do so but this tincture gave me huge huge huge wound due to its acidic effect or whatever effect i told rishimba he told me stop tincture and only wait for nit acid result in waited and after ten days the recovery was 90% i mean pain and burning fissures wounds everything stopped then he told me take aesculus 30 daily three times and it effected only little after 16 days of nit acid i got again fissures then he gave me sulphur, fissure reoccurance stopped ohhhh onething i forgot is that after this my left anal lip feels great chilli with or after stool and unbearable so then he told me to use ars alb 30 i got no reponse then aloe no effect then last he told me to use nux 30 is matched with my body but nux make my condition worse only i took more than a week and stopped and on one day Dr.Joe read my whole condition and told me that i am suffering from lesions inside anus/rectum as i have unbearable chilli and burning that further within a week or two form abscess he told me to use his therapy as Arnica 30 wet dose thrice daily and nat phos 12x pellets after every meal daily and an antibiotic cream polyfax but after two days of taking doses buring almost gone but i got two tumors/glands type thing on my chilli burning anal left lip 100% exact location where i got wound after two or three days after proctoscopy. i asked dr.joe what are these he said how could i tell you on forum you must go to surgeon and let check him i got disappointed with homeopaths as they cannot tell what these gland/tumors after arnica occurs are ?? any experienced doctor can tell what are these and are these dangerous then now i contacted you about these tumor/glands like rounded things is arnica firstly do this or its something else.

Seven months ago , my daughter born with great illness in her that make me great great tension as i am middle class man and owe little salary anyway i got her to best hospital in capital city but she died gaving me huge tension i got back to normal life within a month and always in great tension due to her death as she is my own child and i cannot bear her death to release my tension i started yoga and while doing yoga i got serve icthing irritation in my rectum and that turned to highly inflammed external hemorrhoid very very inflammed swelled and after that i explained.
3. What aggravates the CC? (certain types of foods or weather,movement,light,noise,heat/cold,or anything else that you can think of )
Sitting more than 12 hours aggravates , hot season aggravates but in cold cold aggaravates not sensitive to light movement also aggaravates but lying a lot makes good. I think food cannot do something in my condition as i am only eating vegs till the start of this condtion and now with highly fibre diet.
4. At what time of the day or night is CC the worst ?specify an hour if you can
After in late morning and afternoon , early morning and night are good to my condition.
5. What symptoms can you identify the accompany the CC?

6. Which position do you dislike the most; sitting, standing, and lying?
Standing but put in your mind that sitting only makes condition worse not standing do any aggravation but i dislikes standing.

VERY VERY GREAT PERSPIRATION that you can collect half glass mostly on whole body but face and head perspiration makes me restless and uncalm.

How could these worries be solved i worried very very much you can imagine this that if i have to go for my own necessity for bathroom that makes me worry that i have to go to bathroom and same with even little things and you can imagine about serve things that how can i deal with them.

Mostly i am casual but rarely tend to be neater and mroe fastidious

Every a bit tension makes me despair, and if i ill then i think that i am going to die and this might be the highly dangerous illness and doctors are hiding from me

I drink 6-8 litres water a day and juice is extra which i can drink another two to three litres i donot drink any coffee or tea i dislikes tea but like coffee but coffee is costly so i cannot drink it . i feel thirst a lot than a normal person.

i sleep six to seven hours a whole day and likes to wake up at early in morning as i like morning , hunger makes me restless and also tension

Nothing i remembered but mom told me about pneumonia that i got in age of six but that cannot be treated well but think not any illnes twice except flu fever malaria etc.

No my vacation mostly spend while working school homework and my parent donot let me enjoy any enjoyment i donot have more friend only three four.

a) Do you tend to need a smaller dose of medications than most other people? No, my body tend to be given very higher doses. I am not affected by little doses.

Probably kidney diseases mostly died at more than sixites my grand father died at 100 years age grand mother at age of 80 and uncle at age of 60. but my father is now at age of about 70 and have no chronic diseases , our whole family cannot own any chronic diseases.

I am also worried about my keloids as my wife dislikes it but now my whole tension is about these two tumor/glands rounded things on left anal lip and two hemorrhoid on right anal lip makes me worried i want them eliminate so i could be back to my normal life and can eat all things and go to job. stop all the medicine before going to start the new medicine pls take one dose of camphor 200 and next day pls take one dose of Sulpher 50M and wait for a month without any medicine. and see the result...

After taking a dose of 10m Sulphur, the next day i have diahorrea and stool passes with great burning and chilli and at night the fourth and last loose stool passes i got a fissure in front (i am sure that stool is not sharp its very soft) why i got fissure ?? or it seems that sulphur starts acting , i do reply before a month to inform you about my condition.
