Tissue salts

Having had IBS for getting on for 25 years now - I wanted to share what has happened to me since Feb 08.

I was told by my consultant at hospital (where I had been an inpatient for a week before Christmas 07)that I was not getting Vit B12 Iron or Sodium Chloride into my blood, so was in the early stages of both pernicious & ordinary anaemia and some problem which I forget to do with a lack of salt. He said that my diet must be lacking, but when he named the foods these things were found in I said on the contrary I eat a lot of those foods. Now that puzzled him. So he told me to come back on Tuesday this week for another check up. When I got home I looked up what happens if you lack just those 3 things from your body. To say I was shocked as my symptons matched, so I knew it was bad. Then I remembered my mother used to give me Dr Schuesslers tissue salt remedies as a child. I went out and bought all 12 so that I had them all and took all 12 types 3 times per day. My arthritus pain decreased my joints lost their swollen appearance and I heard the sound of food being digested in side my stomach for the first time in many a long year. Not only that, but when weighed at my clinic Tuesday afternoon, I had lost a staggering 35.69 kg's or 5.608 stone for those of us who like imperial. I eat approx 2500-3000 calories most days and am losing loads of weight, but it is my belief that it is because I have more or less put the IBS into remission and am now absorbing those missing elements into my blood. That my body thinks it is no longer needing to salt food away for a rainy day, that I am finally losing what I had put on.

I feel I must tell people and if this helps just one other person, get better health as a result, then I will have done some good.
