READ CONQUER BACK AND NECK PAIN, WALK IT OFF

This book just changed my life. Basically, you don't have to buy the book bc here's the gist of it. Whenver you're in pain, walk. Yes, walk. I walk for an hour a day now (after being on pills and pain for the last 8 years) and I have no pain now. If I do have pain, I walk and it goes away within the hour.

I wasted years of my life listening to doctors. I think this works better with people that have a herniated disk. Mine is at my L5

Hello Doctor,

I am facing Thoracic herniated disc problem since 6 months now. The MRI report shows that the disc is indenting the thecal sac and is herinated or prolapsed in the thoracic spine region.
Also I am facing loss of lordasis in cervical spine region.
I would like to know if there is any treatment in Homeopathy for permanent relief of this problem as thoracic disc herniation is a rare case. I am 30 year female.

Please help me if there is any permanent cure for this through homeopathy.

I have the same problem. Pain in lower back and restlessness in both legs. Consulted a reputed homeopath here. He prescribed same medicine. Calcaria PHos 3X, Symphytum 200C and hypericum perf 200 C. However I did not notice any results even after 45 days. I am still continuing to take the medicine. Will try it for at least 3 months I think. I believe homeopathy takes time to heal.
