acl reconstruction

Sir/Madam,
I am Amitt and had suffered a knee injury in 2000 while playing.I was facing the problem of Instability, locking, stiffness, swelling and acute pain
In 2005, I underwent a ACL reconstruction & Meniscus rehabilation in India.
The doctors advised me to continue for some exercises after the surgery which i did very religiously.
Though the problem like Locking was solved but still I have not recovered fully. Whenever i move my knee there is a little frictional effect observed and a mild sensation is observed. I have consulted a number of surgeons but all are giving me different opinions. Some advice me to go for surgery while many renowned surgeons have advised that the operation was fine but I need more exercise.
some have precicted a minor tear in lateral colletral ligament (where I feel the maximum pain) which was not required to be repaired at that time or might have developed later.
I have been regularly visiting Gym and doing mild knee exercises.

Recently someone suggested me for homeopathy -- Arnica 30- dosage 2-3 a day...
Can U please suggest whether its really useful or someother medicine is good for it.
I am really very upset and frustrated with injury as my complete career and dreams are connected with my knee health.
I am in need of Your valuable suggestion and experience.
It is requested to kindly advise me.

dear patient

Yes Arnica would help you. Please also take Rhustox-200 one dose at evening after every 4 days for a week and report.

thanks for your reply.
can u plese guide whether the rhustox-200 has any side effect etc.
also guide whether arnica-30 will help in controlling pain or will help in early rehabilation of the injured ligaments.

Dear Dr Mahfooz,

I have noticed that

Calcerea Fluorata is very good in joints and ligament problems, Rhus is definately the right choice, what do you think about calcerea in these situations.

Thanks For you guidance.
