Tinnitus-Lycopodium-Dosage Question

My brother has severe tinnitus. Roaring and buzzing in ear and hearing loss due to that. Noise echoes in his head at times. Lycopodium 30C has been suggested for him. What dosage is recommended? Seems all remedies give same dosage, no matter what the potency is or what the remedy is, and I don't believe that is true. Please advise.

you can try it twice or thrice a day with dosage of 3-5 drops per dose for 3 days and report.
