Torn ligament in knee ??

Hi

I've had knee pain (right knee) for 2 months now. Specialist said torn ligament in my right knee.. now affecting lower lumbar in back also, taking extra burden I guess.

Pain is tearing and stiffness on rising, cannot bend leg, cannot squat anymore, cannot lunge, stretching helps but takes time to stretch leg and painful, going downstairs is worse than up, cannot run! walking and general movement alleviates but I have to be careful because of sudden jarring pains. The knee area is very swollen and feels hot to touch. Arnica gel has helped but only a little.

Is there a remedy that can help repair torn ligaments? I think it may have occured in gym but don't know, can't think of anything else. Trying to exercise gently to build up the muscle to support the ligaments, but otherwise at a loss, cannot stay off my feet to rest as suggested because I have 2 small kids, 1 and 3 yrs!

Please anyone? I'm thinking Rhus Tox but not sure? and plus I'd like a dosage guideline of any remedy suggested i.e. lower or higher potencies and how much.

thanks so.

Rose.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
please take RUTA GRAVIOLENS 30C every 4 hours for some days.

ruta will help in natural healing of the torn ligament.

RHUS TOX 30C may be started after a 15 days if the symptoms linger.

Thanks so much Rishimba and Dr. Mahfooz for your guidance.

May I clarify. I take the Ruta Grav first few days, then wait and see.. and then if symptoms continue pick up with Rhus Tox 2 weeks after the Ruta Grav treatment?

Many thanks. Rose.
