Errection Problems

Hello,
I am 30, 5-10' and 74kg. I have recently married and my erection fails just before the intercourse is attempted. I have erections during night sleep and even with other sexual arousal but its very brief and it fails before intercourse. I Have desire for sex but its not as much as it used to be 2-3 years ago. I am worried about my sex life and this is causing negative psychological issues on my outlook and sex life.
I had skin allergies on penis 3 years ago and worried me a lot, thinking that it is some kind of STD. I also started masturbation early (around when I was 15) and had some affairs which has caused guilt in my life.
I also have a little high cholesterol level, little hemorrhoids. Varicocele for last 15 years.
I do have some digestion issues and bad breath in the morning.
My testicles are sometimes itchy and sweaty.
I have compulsion to check things (to see that doors are locked, etc.) and worries too much for everything, which increases stress. I have used Viagra 3-4 times and it was very effective but I would opt for permanent homeopathic treatment.
