i have taken the pulsatilla dose.
i was reading about different personality types and i think sulphur comes very close to my type(just a suggestion). also it is similar to lyco that they both belong to the same genotype:http://www.naturalworldhealing.com/homeopathy-personality-ty.... i think so because the following are the similarities between me and it:
1) my parents describe me as very intellectual and eccentric. they call me absent minded.
2) heat is intrinsic to me and it is what drives me. now that i have lost most of the heat, my motivation for following my passions have decreased a lot, but not given up at all.
3) i havent told you this: i cant stand asking my dad for cash , be it for anything. i want a job asap and get independent. the mere thought of living on my dad's cash is actually the reason why i have so many self restrictions when i am staying with my family. however, i am better off when i stay alone although too much of this creates loneliness. i value independence and freedom very highly and without them, my most self destructive traits come forward. individualistic.
4)i keep my room messy, not bothered by it: infact, my roommate persistently used to complain about this trait of mine and my parents too scold me often for this. the same thing even when i stay alone. i feel that there should be some chaos along with orderliness in life to make it more spicier.
5)i particularly dont like very ordinary or very normal things or people. my thoughts drift away easily towards impractical things (like spiritual or scientific) and quite engrossed in them. pondering about practically useless knowledge.
6) generous and benevolent tendencies.

i can safely say that i had been accumulating lycopodium all through the years of my depression but i insist that my core is something else.

i am very glad that the pulsatilla dose was quite effective. it certainly feels like a permanent change with just one dose of puls 30. i really owe you my gettting back to normal. i am so relieved to be out of the drastic effects of the possibly fatal and irrational method of treatment of my earlier doctor.
i just spoke to my psychiatrist and he told me about a relatively new method of treating IBS, sleep and depressive disorders which is: hypnotherapy being complemented by neurofeedback( or EEG biofeedback) which has quite a high success rate. i will be trying this out. And for now, i want to pause on the homeopathic treatment for the time being.
Thank you so much for treating me sir. Perhaps, humility is the greatest lesson for man to learn. And, humility and compassion are inseparable in that their identities are merged with one another: Just the like perpendicular magnetic and electric fields of an electromagnetic ray. Its so good to see someone who steps up to help people without any personal gain, yet giving them back their health and hence, the basic right to happiness. I really am grateful to you and so are many people who are being treated and are already treated by you.
If, in the rare case that the hypno + neurofeedback therapy doesnt work, i would especially like to continue the treatment with you, if thats not a problem.
In the meantime, if you have already figured out my constitutional remedy or the closest probables, i am very interested in knowing it.

i have gotten myself into a bit of a problem. the eeg biofeedback has not started yet since there are speculations about whether it will work or not especially since it is so expensive. i have again become impatient and taken sulphur 30 three pills(one dose per day) in the morning for three days. these three days it worked pretty well actually: i felt more like myself during and after the healing crisis; just like i feel when i get weak or febrile. But i made a mistake after that.. the following day i took 6 pills of sulphur 200c as i thought this was my constitution. i am not even sure if sulphur is my constitution as i did not enquire about this to any doctor except you. Anyway i had taken the sulphur 200c yesterday and have been passing too much gas and the constipation has kind of increased as also the herniating sensation, headache on top of the head. What do you suggest? do i wait another two days to check if it actually gets better(that is assuming the remedy is working) or do we antidote it?
Please help. Also please let me know if homeopathic treatment will interfere if i start taking psychiatric treatment. my psy doc advised me to take prozac for a week if ever i decided to start back on psy treatment. Please this time also let me know what you think my constitution is. I may or may not take neurofeedback.

there are a few important things that i have to tell you that i havent told you beofre. The medications given by by previous doctor has obviously created a lot of problems. Of them, the two problems that i havent told you is that i have permanently lost my general sense of smell. i can smell food etc but the congestion has increased so much inside my head and sinuses, chest that i am unable to smell clearly. Originally i have a very strong sense of smell as if able to smell the afternoon that is let off by the concrete roads and the walls of the house if i am outside due to the heat of the sun that falls over it. my sense of smell is usually sharp. the other thing i havent mentioned is that my eyesight has dramatically weakened due to the intense headache( or migraine like headache) that i told you before. Now things that are just three metres from me appear blurred especially something legible. i visited the eye doctor, now my vision is -0.75/-0.75. Earlier i had absolutely no problem of eyesight. Both of these problems have not been resolved by the pulsatilla 30c antidote that you had given me. Also, the antidote did not entirely get me back my earlier decent level of concentration. my level of concentration was pretty decent before all the medications. But after my earlier doc's meds, the concentration has sharply decreased to the extent that i cannot do any one thing: i am very restless and cannot sit and concentrate on any one thing, like studying or watching a movie..
my sense of smell had improved a bit with sulphur 30c but now after sulphur 200c dose, it has gotten back to the previous state. Also there is a very irritating feeling in the stomach, heartburn and irritation in the neck and upper chest area due to the sul 200c. it is pretty bad. the constipation has increased too. my fingers have gotten so weak they have become soft ( i mean the bones of my fingers).

I had thought, you would be 'once bitten twice shy'.
It amazes me, how you can keep playing with your health. First of all you do not know Sulphur is your remedy and then on top of that you take 3 doses of 30c followed by 200c within 4 days. This is a very risky way of taking deep acting remedies like Sulphur.
I am afraid I cannot do much in this case, as this case is completely spoilt by other homeopaths and now by your own bad prescribing, and is too risky to be treated online.
You need to be under the constant supervision of a skilled homeopath, who can reign in your impulses towards self prescription as well.

i take full responsibility for the irresponsible self medication. i stay in delhi and am at my wits' end finding a good homeopath. If you know any good, skilled homeopath in delhi, perhaps i could contact him personally and do something about the whole problem.
Additional details that i may not have told before:
i never had any liver compalints before the psy medication. recently with one dose of prozac 20 mg, i had nausea, weakness and a kind of fever with my right side of stomach aching. this is when i realized that most of my problems are concerned with having over drugged myself including drugs for IBS, ayurveda and most importantly psy drugs which have a profound influence on the liver. the spree of irresponsibility lasted for the past three years. Before all the medications, although i was depressed, i never had any liver problems. Now, i have a distended gall bladder and hepatomegaly thanks to all that i have consumed in the last three years. Hence, its natural that even alchohol cannot be withstood by me. I once had it and puked, got really sick and drained for the next 4 days. i havent taken anything after the sulphur medication and will wait atleast another month to get back to solving my case.
In another thread i've read in which you were treating a person with lexapro withdrawal symptoms, you mentioned some NOSODE: 'MEDORRHINUM' which is effective for drug abuse related problems. Could medorrhinum be a possible remedy? An apt description of my problem woould be: 'Liver disorders due to drug abuse especially SSRI'.
I had also gotten myself a psychic reading which suggested 'medicinal abuse' as the core reason for my present state.
I think for sure that medicinal abuse is the reason. I remember when getting operated for hernia, they did a liver ultrasound which is when they found out distended gall bladder and hepatomegaly: My surgeon told read my file in the hospital and all the past medications and told me ' all your problems can be traced back to psychiatric medication especially hernia, constipation; and otherwise i dont find you depressed, really'. A really good doctor of general medicine in the same hospital who got referred to for confirming if i could go for the surgery by the surgeon who first saw me for hernia( getting operated four months from viral hepatitis is a big enough risk); also confirmed what the surgeon told me about my problem. the medications were prevalent for the whole time during my engg. and i never really found a right direction for my problems: there was just utter chaos and confusion and being referred to from one doctor to another in the hospital, it was just so emotionally tiring and being branded a hypochondriac was no less disgusting and frustrating.
SSRIs have a long term effect as they are a long acting class of psychotropic drugs. It comes without wonder that they must be responsible for my liver problems.I was very active, almost hyperactive before the psy drugs.
Symptoms during and after psy drugs: dizziness, feeling lost, feeling like i dont exist, emotionally and mentally numb, bloating, indigestion, time moves slowly, lack of want of physical activity, 'foggy head' and many much more.

Nothing could be further from truth. It is true that in an ideal scenario where person is in a state of perfect health , his vital force can detach itself from all medicinal influences in a course of few weeks, but when the vital force already is deranged by miasmatic influences, too much repetition of a remedy tends to form a complex disease consisting of the medicinal and natural disease and this will only go away from the correct anti-dote. I have seen troublesome symptoms lasting for years after the wrong use of a remedy.
So, be careful with the use of these medicines, and I see no aspects of Medorrhinum (which by the way is an extremely dangerous medicine to be self prescribing) in your case.
I do not know of any good homeopaths in Delhi.
Remember this : Not taking any medicine would be much better than indiscriminate prescribing.

its been a long time. how are you? i have completely stopped all homeopathic medications. i was keen on knowing what you think my consitution is. I request you to let me know of what you think is my homeopathic constitution.
