Breast lump

Dear Dr Tahira
I am 50 years of age, and I have a large lump in my left breast. It aches before my period, and it feels quite sore generally. It has been sore for about 1 month. I have a history of non-malignant breast lumps. Ten years ago I received acupuncture and herbs and the lumps (many lumps,mainly in left breast) then went away. I also treated myself with an ointment called poke root a couple of years ago, and the lumps also went away.
Can you help me with this?

Dear lily,
Can u plz describe the soreness in lump?
Do u have a family history of lumps,tumors,syst etc?
Are u married or have kids if yes,date of last delivery?
Plz avoid all other alternatives if u want to carry on homeo treatment.
