Flatulence

Patient: Male
Age: 22
Living away from family on montains area for studying.

Gastric problem after awaking up and after dinner, No desire of breakfast.

Vomiting during eating in tenstion

A gland found on top of stomic during Endoscopy test but Boispy and CT Sceen are clears.
Please advise any remedy.
