Cravings help

I would like to know if there is a homeopathic remedy for alcohol and or nicotine cravings. I gave up smoking a few months ago and then used nicotine chewing gum for a couple of months. I am now nicotine free, but eat and snack when I am not hungry to 'compensate' for not smoking. I also suffer anxiety and feel the need to have one or more alcoholic drinks in the evening to 'settle my nerves'. I feel like I have a craving for alcohol. I do not like to get drunk but enjoy a drink to 'take the edge' off the day as I get easily stressed. Any suggestions to reduce these cravings? I would like to lose the weight I have put on since quitting smoking too.
