dental abscess

Hi. I'm looking for advice for my 7 yo who has a gum/tooth abscess. We've been to the dentist, of course, and he said to use hepar sulph (which we've been doing 2x a day). Pus has been draining (slowly) It's on the upper right side-gum is sensitive when I push on it to help push out pus. She feels great otherwise. Also giving her ech./goldenseal 2x day and rinsing with salt water few times a day. We've used the Hepar Sulph for several days--I'm wondering if we should try silicea or something else. Thank you for any advice you're willing to share.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
you can try a few doses of SILICEA 30C or PHOSPHORUS 30C based on her personality and other symptoms.
