Size of testis

Does the size of testis play any part in formation of sperms.What Homeopathy says in this regard.

Sperm production doesn't depend on testis size.Actually cells of testis(cell of leydig) play role for sperm production.Any pathology which causes atrophy(decrease) or hypertrophy(increase size) can diminish sperm production.

Small increase or decrease cant be a obstatcle to product sperm during intimacy.Even male having big hydrocel is able to become a dad if his errection is perfect without hard errection testis cant product sperm properly.Thanks,malaker
