And, I do not think we are going in circles here . Only one prescription of Lachesis was taken and that gave significant benefit. We are trying to figure out the next step.
Thats not quite a circle is it ?

Mentally, I feel pretty stable and mostly just normal. I plan on calling my mom tomorrow to diplomatically work through our disagreement. I am anxious about it, but also feel like I am taking the right step. At this point, I think that it's just these physical ailments that are really bothering me.
I ran my symptoms on the Remedy Finder and it came up with Arsenicum Album for the following symptoms:
head; constriction, tension;
head; pain, headache;
eye; glassy appearance;
eye; inflammation;
eye; irritation;
eye; intolerance of light;
eye; tired sensation;
vision; blurred;
vision; worse exertion of vision;
vision; foggy;
vision; weak;
abdomen; sensitive to clothing;
abdomen; constriction;
abdomen; bloated;
abdomen; flatulence;
abdomen; sensation of fullness;
abdomen; inflammation;
abdomen; restlessness, uneasiness, etc.;
abdomen; tension;
stool; brown;
stool; dry;
stool; hard;
stool; knotty, nodular, lumpy;
respiration; difficult;
respiration; problems come on suddenly;
chest; constriction, tension;
chest; heart; ;
chest; oppressed feeling;
chest; pain;
sleep; while perspiring;
sleep; sleepiness, tiredness;
sleep; not refreshing;
perspiration;
perspiration; afternoon; ;
perspiration; during anxiety; ;
perspiration; while lying; ;
perspiration; better movement;
perspiration; profuse;
perspiration; single parts; ;
perspiration; while sitting; ;

The remedy didn't cover everything I reported, but these seemed like the most prominent anyways. I think the symptoms posted by Pankaj for Argentum Nitricum actually more closely related, though, because I didn't see where to put the sugar cravings in which are really overwhelming me. It also covered my troubles with being in warm rooms. I have not been able to sleep if the heat is on. Saturday I slept for about 45 mins because my apartment was so hot. It seemed to make me feel wide awake.

Oh! I also forgot to mention the digestive problems I've been having. I have always had issues with constipation and bloating, but it seems to have gotten worse lately. I'm having a lot of trouble passing my food which causes severe abdominal pain and seems to make me gain weight.

Hmm.. I will analyze this in a couple of days and get back to you.
Please do not take any medicine in haste as we need to move surely and slowly.
A layman will come up wih lot of remedies which match your symptoms. e.g. Symptoms like aggravation from warm rooms are found in 100 remedies , but it takes skill to differentiate between those. Aggravation from sweets is also found in about 20 medicines.

I think Argentum Nitricum is a more likely choice after knowing about your abdominal symptoms.
The left sided pain ...just under the ribs....also points to choice of this med.
Argentum Nitricum covers many fears ...including the fear of dis-approval...which you are experiencing with respect to the relationship with your mother.
Take a dose of Argentum Nitricum 200 and see how your system responds.

Pankaj - I am always frustrated in using the Remedy Finder. It seems like everytime I input the systems, it spits out a different remedy. The last time I ran it, it gave an equal weighting to eight different remedies! With these type of results, I feel like I can't trust it.
Sameer - I hope you had a wonderful journey and look forward to your insights when you have time.

Hi Dr. Sameer!
I just logged on to the forum to tell you about some stomach problems I have been having and noticed your reply. Thanks for continuing to monitor my case!
Abdomen - I have been struggling with bloating and constipation issues for a long time. I have tried many diets to remedy this - raw food, detox/cleanses, south beach, anti-inflammatory, but most times they only seem to make the matter worse. Coffee used to relieve this, but in the time since my father's death and the appearence of previous symptoms (e.g. cystic acne, crying fits)it has had the opposite effect. I go for days without going to the bathroom, causing a lot of abdominal pain & bloating. When I am able to go, I don't feel like I finish successfully. I think about how bad I wish to go to the bathroom all day long. My clothes feel too tight and I feel fat and it makes me very uncomfortable, frustrated, tired and self-conscious. Sporadically, I am able to go successfully and afterwards I feel energetic, clean, clear, happy, and hopeful. I love the way my clothes fit, feel confident and social.
Lately, I have started jogging again with mostly great results. I notice immediate improvement in my skin, feel happy, accomplished and proud of myself. But, I get a horrible stomach ache every time. My whole body, especially my stomach and thighs, gets very bloated and I have to wear very loose clothes. Nothing happens from the ache, it just continues to hurt for about an hour afterwards and then goes away. It doesn't matter what/how much I've eaten, I get the same reaction. It is incredibly painful all through my intestines and sometimes makes a rumbling sounds and popping feeling. Because of these issues, I am only able to jog at night after work or on the weekends. When the pain starts to fade, I get hungry and once I eat I feel better.
Respiration - I get the same wrenching pain in the left side of my chest under my heart. It hasn't been as bad lately, but I do still get it when jogging.
Sleep - I added this because it has been such an issue lately. No matter how much I sleep I do not feel rested. I have a very difficult time opening my eyes and getting out of bed in the morning. I have tried going to bed earlier, but it only seems to make me more tired. I am dragging through the work day and have had to take naps during lunch. If I haven't napped, by the afternoon I feel half asleep and dizzy when I get up to walk around. Today at 4pm, I was standing at work and felt like I was sleep-walking, it was an unnerving feeling. Feeling so tired through the workday is so painful and sometimes I feel like I will just start crying if I don't get to sleep. This is also one of the distinct times that I start craving sugar. The other time is right after a meal.
Eye - my vision seems to be increasingly blurry. I am near-sighted, but my prescripton is very mild and I usually don't wear glasses unless driving at night. I feel like my vision has grown worse lately. My eyes are the worst after eating anything with sugar in it. It feels like my eyes are tearing up, but instead of feeling watery, they feel sticky. It feels like a film develops over them and this makes it difficult to focus on anything. I also get a headache with a lot of pressure.
Perspiration - This is something I noticed more since switching to a natural deoderant. When I am at work, specifically sitting at my desk, I break into a sweat. My shirt becomes soaking wet under my arms and is incredibly noticeable. This happens even when the rest of my body is freezing cold. I have had to switch back to an anti-perspirent for work, which helps, but I still sweat through that also. I also sweat a lot while jogging and my face gets red, but this doesn't bother me because I feel like it is ridding me of toxins.
Head - Headaches come on when I am really tired and after eating sugar. They involve a lot of pressure, my eyelids feel heavy, and lights are offensive. I also get a headache when drinking coffee or eating spicy foods. The headaches are relieved from sleep, rubbing, cold compresses and drinking copious amounts of water.

Mentally - I think I feel pretty good actually. I have become a lot more social and have been spending time with all different sorts of people lately, its great! I don't feel so timid and don't need to analyze everything I'm going to say. I have been laughing and happy-going. Although I still cry when watching something emotional on TV, I haven't broken down into convulsive tears.
Before meeting up with people for a social event, I do get apprehensive. I think to myself that maybe I just won't go because I am worried about what to talk about or awkwardness. This is significantly more manageable than it use to be, though, and I usually still end up going to the event and having a great time.
As far as the disagreement with my mom, I chickened out of talking to her about it. I have just avoided her completely. I am worried about what christmas will be like and know that I need to make things right beforehand. She has made a specific schedule for the family get together that day, but it is not how I want to spend it. I am going to have to tell her at some point, but am afraid of how she is going to react. She is going to be very disappointed and probably shut me out. I know that she will probably try to get the rest of the family involved and they will all talk about me behind my back, the same way they do to my little sister. If you don't put on a perfect front for the family and cater to their beliefs, they shun you and say cruel things behind your back. I have seen the pain it has caused my sister and do not want to go through it myself, but lately I feel I can no longer pretend to be someone I am not and cast aside my desires for their benefit. This situation only makes me miss my dad even more and leaves me in tears. I am very apprehensive about how to approach these issues and the coming holiday.

Okay, then , please take 3 doses of Lycopodium 6C equally spaced for a single day only, to be taken as described below.
Dissolve 2 pellets of Lycopodium 6c in a 250 ml spring water bottle. You can turn the bottle upside down a few times for the pellets to spread after dissolving.
1 teaspoon from here using a disposable spoon is 1 dose.
Let me know in 3 days after the 3 doses.
Earlier restrictions hold.

I Sameer,
I just wanted to share something interesting that happened yesterday when you recommended the Lycopodium remedy. As I was reading it, a spider crawled across the desk. The same thing happened when you I was reading your recommendations for Larachesis. I just thought that the possible symbolism of it was so interesting!

Hello Sameer :)
I am reporting back after the Lycopodium doses four days ago. My abdominal complaints are responding very well and I was able to effectively move food through my system all weekend, what a relief! The difficulty waking up in the morning is continuing, although, it does seem slightly better. I am having a difficult time falling asleep still. No matter how tired I am, as soon as I lay down my mind starts racing.
My sugar craving seems to have subsided.
I have been having very vivid and intense dreams every night. I can remember every little detail when I wake up. Most of the time I am working through some kind of struggle, fear, or dealing with an event that is approaching.
Over the weekend, I found out my cousin passed on through a car accident. It has been very difficult on the family and my mom seems to lack any kind of compassion about it, which has only made it more painful. I am becoming more and more distant from her and am constantly thinking about how difficult the situation has become. I am thinking about seeing a counselor because I am not sure that it is something homeopathy can remedy. What do you think?
As always, thankful for all your help and for lending an ear. I am so very happy with the response I have had through these remedies and am confident in your views and recommendations.

I took all 3 doses on Thursday, December 11th. The allergic response seems to be getting worse everyday. I am getting lots of cystic bumps and my face is terribly itchy after I eat.
PDXgirl3 last decade
Nothing medicinal is to be applied on the skin, as the body is trying to bring the disease to outer-levels (skin).
The next step would be to go to Lycopodium 30c.
Do you think the response to Lyco 6c has come to a halt now ?

Good to know! I usually use lavender oil to clear up the bumps, it works like a charm.
It does seem like it has stopped. It went into action soooo quickly. Should I pick up the 30C?

Take just 1 teaspoon from there just once.
