breastfeeding and eczema

Baby exclusively breastfed 5+ months with red angry weeping (clear)and crusty eczema on both cheeks - was intially worse on his left. He also has cradle cap and his scalp is very wet and crusty in the morning. His head is very itchy and he wants to rub and scratch especially when he is getting tired, overheated or frustrated. Face looks better after washing.
He was born week 42 by caesarian and has always had small dry patches on his body and very dry legs.
He is a very happy baby, often very vocal, can play alone but can't just sit - he needs to be kicking or bouncing.
I have a family history of asthma and eczema.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
bit confusing.
Does he sleep with hid fsce in the pillow and rear end in the air.
Has he had any vaccinations.
Is he a hot or coold baby. Does he feed little and often , or fairly long intervals .
Is he stubborn. Are the whites of the eyes -now or before - have a bluey tint. Is he fair - hair and complexion.

He sleeps on his back with arms up.
Yes he has had vaccinations (at 2,3 & 4 months).
I'm not sure whether he's a hot or cold baby - his hands and feet are often cold but he does get warm quite quickly. His head and face are warm.
He feeds every 3 to 4 hours and has in the last month started to feed much quicker (in past could be 30mins+ now approx. 15mins).
I wouldn't say he was stubborn.
He has blonde/red hair. His complexion is fair/creamy.

Hi, forgot about the eyes...
I was going to say no to a bluey tint but in this light (artificial) they could have but it's not something I've noticed before maybe because his eyes are blue.

Bit tricky. It seems to me that what has happened is that the vaccinations have brought to the surface the herditary tendency to eczema . Normally eczema hates water and is worse for it . suggest you cleanse with non medicated lanolin cream.
I think it would be worth checking out ; Calc Sul / Lycopodium/ Pulsatilla. and see if any of these fit the case.
It is possible to get liquid remedies in a dropper bottle , or -as you are breast feeding -take the remedy yourself.

Thank you so much.
I was wondering if the vaccinations might have been the trigger. I will definitely get some lanolin cream and check out the 3 remedies. I've taken Lycopodium myself before so it was interesting to see it come up.
