weight reduction
Hi..I read lot of positive response for Nat Phos for weight reduction...I am 20 kg over weight so thinking of starting it..I do exercise regularly but theres no results.
I am currently taking 200c once a week dose of Sulfur,thuja,sepia, and oleum jecoris asselli.
Is it ok to start Nat Phos along with these...
my routine for taking these are as:
1)monday morning---Sulfur
2)tuesday morning--oleum jecoris assellli
3)wednesday morning--Thuja
4)sunday morning-----Sepia
