Severe Eczema

Please suggest if these are right dosage for 6 month old baby.
Morning: Sulphur 200
Afternoon: Graphities 200 for 4 days,
Belladonna 200 next 2 days (but skin got flared up after 2 days)
Evening Graphities 200 for 4 days, , Belladonna 200
Psorinium 200 (Once a week)
