wart on head

i have around 6 to 7 nos of 5 millimeter to 2 millimeter warts on my head scalp, it suddenly appeared. if is not paining generally. what is this? and what are are medicine i need to take to get rid of it? and is it due to HVP? if so how to get rid of HVP?
