High Blood Pressure

I had posted this originally to sajjadakram635, because it seems some of these posts are like 4 years old but I have been reading the post on high blood pressure and the use of Arnica montana,cal fl, and veratrum veride. I ordered veratrum veride 30x by mistake instead of the 3x. can i still use it? or is it to much to take? and if I can, how much would I use since it is a different strenght? Can you help me? My BP usually runs from 139/98 to 146/101. I am 140lbs and 5'6', and 45 yrs old. Any help would be appreciated.

thank you. i just have to wait for it to come in now. till then will it be ok to take the 30x as 1 pellet? or is it to much to take?

Though 3x is gives good improvement but 30x is also good, no harm to take it but if you start it in 30x then do not use 3x.
