The ABC Homeopathy Forum

2 year old with strep symptoms

My two year old daughter was diagnosed with strep throat (although without a test) 1 week ago and although I have always tried to treat her with homeopathy I was worried about the repercussions and so chose to take the doctors advice and give her a ´mild antibiotic´it was the first time she has ever had them!
This week she has swollen glands again and is complaining of a sore throat and a stomach ache. I gave her sulphur whilst she was taking the antibiotic and as soon as the fever came on I gave her aconite as this usually occurs when she starts with a cold and works well.

She is an anxious child, although very happy and cheerful. She is very afraid of men and can become very clingy. In the past I have treated her with calc p for teething which also seems to work well.

any advice would be much appreciated!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Is the child is afraid of injections or needles or doctors too etc?

Yes she is afraid of doctors! Not sure about the injections as she hasn´t had many, she has also had a fever in the evening and is complaining of complaining of stomach ache.
