Recurrent Cold/Cough

My six years son is getting frequently cough and fever on average once in a month. When he was born his fontanels were wide apart and it took more than three years in filling. Till last year he used to get convulsion on high fever. He has been kept on homeopathy treatment till now. No vaccination and no allopathy, except for paracetamol one some occasions..

Very typically his problem starts with grinding teeth in the night while sleeping ( few days before the fever and all) . His hunger increases as well. Then he develops a little bit of cough in the evenings. Very little running nose. Then during night temperature increases (something like 101 degrees ) and he starts moving his toe thumb against toe fingers involuntary while sleeping. While sleeping he mourns too as if in pain. Sometimes he asks for water and takes a few sips. Temperature is normally more during sleep. This time he has night sweats too - in the hand and back of the head and back as well. He complains pain the leg at different places in the day time. His throat glands are swollen below the jaws. He is little bit constipated during fever -- passing stools and vomiting, both relieve fever. Over the last one year, he has had many remedies (including tuberculonium and significantly high potencies of Lyc). Now his symptoms doesn't change whenever such fever comes it shows the same pattern. His condition becomes better when he vomits various times mostly after taking water - and vomiting also watery with little bit of thick mucus. Stools are sometimes knotty followed by soft (lyco).

During fever sleeps with eyes half open and the eye balls are clearly seen moving a little during sleep.

Tears come out very easily while playing if he feels that he is not getting a fair chance. In such circumstances, he does not audibly cry, but the voice becomes weepy and tears role down.
