debility

my mom is 69yrs old. For quite sometime now she has been complaining of weakness.
1. likes to lie down all the time
2.feels v thirsty, but appetite v bad. she weighs 49kgs.
3.feels giddy.
4.allthe test results are negative. no sugar, nobthyroid, no bp. hb good
